I bring years of expertise as a nurse specialist, focusing on diabetes management, nutrition, and weight support. I believe in a patient-centered approach that fosters wellness and empowers individuals to take charge of their health.

I am registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (PIN A210317O), with the following qaulifications: BA, BSc, DipION (Institiute of Optimum Nutrition), and a qualified  independent prescriber (for instance qualified to prescribe GLP1 injections such as Mounjaro).  I have worked for many years as a GP Practice Nurse and Primary Care diabetes specialist.
